Adding Assets to Your Fund
The assets of your Fund are essential your Funds portfolio. When your Investors deposit to your fund. Their deposit will be used by the GURU to buy and sell the assets in the portfolio. Well managing a good list of assets is key to your funds success.
1. Ensure you are connecting to the GURU Dapp with the same wallet you used to create the Fund.
Using your desktop browser or Wallet Apps internal browser. Navigate to GURU.FUND/FUNDS
Ensure the wallet you used to create your fund is connect to the Dapp by clicking "Connect Wallet" on the top right of the page.
Once your wallet is connected, click on the wallet button again which should display your wallet address.
From the menu, select "Your Funds" for the list of options.
The Funds Manager screen will display all the funds you currently manage.
Select the Fund you would like to add assets to.
On the funds screen you will see information about your fund.
You will see the area with options to "Deposit/Withdraw" or "Trade".
Select "Trade"
In the "Swap" area you will by default see the Funds capital available to swap for a token on top. In the bottom field you can click the "Select a Token" field and enter the contract address of the asset\token you want to swap\trade for.
Once you have entered the contract of the desired asset you will see the token in the search results.
Select the desired token.
In the top field, enter the amount of WETH you would like to swap for the token.
The Dapp will generate a quote.
Once the quote is generated, select "Swap"
The GURU Dapp will present a pop up with the trades summary.
Select "Confirm"
When prompted by your wallet, select the confirmation button to approve the trade.
Once the trade has been completed, your new token\asset will be added to the Fund.
To add more assets\tokens to your fund. Simply repeat the steps, typically step 9.
